StreetList (“we”, “us”) is an agentic road-intelligence platform. This policy explains what we collect when you use streetlist.com and how we handle it.
What we collect
Incident reports: descriptions, locations (latitude/longitude), optional photos, and an optional reporter name you choose to provide. Reports are public by nature — do not include personal or sensitive information in them.
Technical data: IP addresses are processed transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Standard server logs (status codes, timestamps) are retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) per their policies.
Payments:emergency-resource payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for payment data handling.
How we use data
Report content is processed by AI models to classify hazard type and severity, and may be combined with public web-search results to provide situational intelligence. Photos are stored on Vercel Blob with public URLs. We do not sell personal data, run ads, or use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention
Incident data is retained for operational purposes and may be reset periodically. Uploaded photos persist until deleted. Contact us to request removal of content you submitted.
Third parties
Vercel (hosting, storage, analytics), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Exa (web search), and our AI model provider process data needed to deliver the service, each under their own privacy terms.
